How do I order?

Ordering goes live every Tuesday at 10 am until rolls for the week are sold out. Quantities are limited, so they sell out really quick! It’s best to set a reminder or alarm so you don’t miss out!

When & where do I pick up my order?

All orders are picked up on Saturday mornings 8-11 am.

How do I heat my cinnamon rolls?

Remove plastic lid before heating. Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat ONLY what you’re going to eat for 7-10 minutes or until roll(s) are heated all the way through. Add frosting or drizzle and serve.

How do I store my cinnamon rolls?

Wrap container in Saran Wrap and seal in a gallon plastic bag. Freeze for up to 3 months. To defrost, remove from freezer and allow to defrost at room temperature for a a few hours before heating.

I forgot to pick up my order. What now?

Emergencies happen and sometimes life is hard. As long as you email, text or call before your pick up time, we can arrange a new pick up. If there’s no call or no pick up is made before the end of the last available pick up time, orders are donated to a local food bank and no refund will be issued.

If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to pick up your order and contact me before Friday, I’m happy to offer a refund for your order. Once the order is made on Friday (and ingredients were purchased and time was spent making all the yummy treats), a refund cannot be issued.

It really just comes down to basic courtesy and communication.

I tried going to the pick up location on a different day and I couldn’t get cinnamon rolls. What’s the deal?

Cinnamon rolls are only available on Saturdays, provided you placed an order Tuesday-Thursday. Because we rent kitchen time from another business, we are not offering a storefront shopping experience at this time. BUT if that changes, we will make a big announcement on our social media platforms, so make sure to follow us there!

I have a big event coming up. Can I place a large order for a day other than Saturday?

Please don’t ask me to make you a cake. You don’t want that. I don’t want that. And you want someone who really LOVES making cake to make you a cake. I do have some solid recommendations if you need one!
